1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is NAME OR COMPANY NAME, with tax ID TAX ID and registered address at ADDRESS. You can contact us at PRIVACY_EMAIL.

2. What data we process

Depending on how you use WhatNow, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, sign-in method…
• App usage data: sessions you create or join, your likes, matches, filters and saved items. Review and adjust.
• Technical data: device model, app version, identifiers, crash logs…
• Subscriptions: WhatNow Pro payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your card details; only the information needed to activate your subscription.

3. What we use it for

• Providing the service: creating sessions, connecting participants and showing matches.
• Managing your WhatNow Pro subscription.
• Answering your support requests.
• Analytics, product improvement, notifications… (only if applicable).

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform the contract for using the app and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in improving the service. Adjust for each purpose.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We work with providers who help us deliver the service and who only process it following our instructions:

• Hosting and database (provider and country).
• Authentication, analytics, notifications (if used).
• Content catalogue provider (movies, recipes…), if it receives any data.
• Apple, for managing App Store purchases.

If any provider is located outside the European Economic Area, state the safeguards applied (for example, standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to PRIVACY_EMAIL. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the data protection authority in your country.

8. Deleting your account

Explain how to delete the account and its data (from the app and/or by email).

9. Minors

Minimum age to use WhatNow.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, if the change is significant, we'll let you know in the app.
